IN-DEPTH MOVEMENT ANALYSIS
We'll take a detailed look at your running/walking mechanics, gait, and movement to help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, form, and overall performance.
IN-DEPTH FOOT ANALYSIS
We'll take a detailed look at your foot structure, shape, and size to ensure you are wearing the proper shoes and insoles. If you have already been scanned before at Rhodes Run Lab, know this will be a more advanced scan.
30-DAY RUN/WALK PLAN
You'll receive a 30-day run/walk plan — whether you're an experienced runner, getting started, returning to the fitness world, or simply looking for a structured way to move more.
