Return Policy

Both employees and customers may return an item or items within 14 days of purchase (special order products’ return policy will start once product is received) if lightly worn or used with the proper documentation of the purchase (receipt, date purchased, box required, etc).

The following policy applies to returned items:


Nutrition will NOT be eligible for return. 


Apparel may be returned if in great shape and condition (management discretion).  Apparel must not be washed. Apparel must also have its original tags. 


Items marked as “FINAL SALE” or on clearance will not be eligible for return. 


Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. 


Valid reasons of return must be given. Note: “I don’t like them” is not a good return reason.


Valid reasons may include but is not limited to the following: “I need a bigger size.” - “I bought the wrong style of shoe.” - “I went on a run and they rubbed the side of my foot.”



Management reserves the right to deny the return of products.


Special Order Policy

Special order does not guarantee brand inventory availability. *If the item is unavailable, we will contact you with alternative options.


Estimated arrival time is approximately 5-7 business days (not guaranteed).


If ordering a shoe that we do not regularly carry or no longer stock, please note that no return, refund, nor store credit will be issued.


If ordering a shoe that we do regularly carry, please note that a full refund may be issued as store credit per our return policy.

Online Order Policy

Full payment will be required for all online orders.


Estimated arrival time if shipped to a unique address outside of Rhodes Run Lab is 7-10 business days.


Estimated arrival time if shipped to Rhodes Run Lab is 5-7 business days.


If ordering a shoe online, no full refund may be given. Store credit will be issued based on our return policy.
