Rhodes Run Lab exists to help everyday runners who are committed to reaching their goals. Rhodes Run Lab envisions a community of people becoming the best versions of themselves — enjoying fitness, eating good, feeling strong, and living healthy.
Our Story
Founded in 2025 by Christian and Sydney Rhodes, Rhodes Run Lab was built on a vision: to help people live healthier, more fulfilling lives. Through community, hard work, and dedication, what started as a dream has become a thriving reality.
Rooted in Mont Belvieu and Baytown, Christian and Sydney pursued higher education earning degrees from the University of Houston and UTHealth Cizik School of Nursing before returning home to invest in the community that shaped them.
From ultra marathons and triathlons to century bike rides and beyond, the Rhodes family has always pushed themselves to new limits. Now, they’re focused on helping others do the same, equipping individuals of all backgrounds to reach their own unique goals.
Bigger Than Me
In November 2024, at mile 45 of a 50-mile ultra near La Grange, Texas, Christian Rhodes reached his breaking point. "Quitting time," he thought. But a voice inside lit a spark: “This is BIGGER THAN ME!” It wasn’t about the finish line—it was about staying true to his community, his family, his goals, and the dream of a healthier life for everyone.
Endurance sports have given the Rhodes family more than strength—they’ve inspired purpose, joy, and community. That’s the heart of Rhodes Run Lab: providing gear and motivation that’s bigger than each of us individually.
